Frooby the Dragon
Once upon a time there was a little, red dragon
called Frooby.
One day a blue witch appeared in front of Frooby
with a flash!
“Ha ha ha!” she cackled,
“Frooby I will have some fun,
I’m going to double up the sun!”
“Double one?” puzzled Frooby.
“One and one = two suns!”
“Abra-ca-dabra!”
“Tee hee, two suns!” giggled Frooby. “It is a bit hot
though...”
“Oh no! I can’t stop the spell!
The suns will keep on doubling!”
How many suns will there be
now?
“Oh dear...”
And now?
“Oh dear,
oh dear...”
And what about now?
“Quick Frooby! Use your maths,
Halve those suns and make it fast!”
“Fantastic Frooby! You’re a star!
With maths like that you will go far.”
“Would you like to see my tripling spell?” said the blue
witch laughing.
“No!” said Frooby quickly.
