Adding Members
• Adding Members: When adding your members please use either
last year’s Roster, or request a copy of the members previous years
Register ASA card, this will give you the information on how you can
locate them in Register ASA. If a new player you will need a copy of
their Birth certificate, for Coaches/Assistant coaches (non-players)
you will need a copy of their Driver’s License. (use legal names)
• If unable to locate a member that should be in RegisterASA, please
contact your District Commissioner, do not create a new profile.
• If you have any issues with Register ASA please contact your District
Commissioner, names and phone numbers can be found on
www.oregon-asa.com.
Coaches Information
• Email: Can only be used once in the system,
players are not required to have an email
address, but adults need one.
• RegisterASA Cards: For Photo card teams you will
receive 2 cards when you receive your teams
RegisterASA cards, please have all members sign
both copies, sharpies work best. The Coach
keeps one card, carried at all times, to show upon
request. Give the second card to the
player/parent.
ACE & Background Check
• ACE & Background checks will be invoiced this year. Create your
team, add all members.
• Generate invoice – Submit payment & other required documentsrequired documents listed below. Once payment and documents
are received you will be able to start your Background check.
• Your Team Admin will receive a message letting you know we have
received payment, you will go to your Home plate and agree to the
Background check – in the Requirement column under the
“Personal Steps” – click Background Check and agree to the
Consent to Conduct the Background check.
• Background checks can take a few minutes up to 3 business days. If
after a week and your background check has not cleared please
contact Stephanie at 405-425-3459 or email ACE@softball.org.

• Fill in the left side of the page
• Then click the verify button to get to your
username and password.

• This page will provide the username for
your profile, feel free to change it.
• Then enter a password you want to use.
Passwords must be at least 7 characters.

password you’ll return to the login screen
where you can now login.
• Tip: Keep an old registration, ACE or
background check card to find your member
number. You can also call your commissioner
to get that number.
• DON’T CREATE A NEW PROFILE every year!!!

• There are a few changes for 2012 on the home
plate. They are generally self explanatory.
• We expect a few
more minor
changes not
shown here.
Add a member
• You can add members by entering the
member ID and birth date. Keep track of
those member numbers and birth dates!
• Or you can add members as you always
have.
