How to change Administrator rights in Smart Portal • Only the Administrator within a company can accept the Cash Engine Terms and Conditions in order to ‘Opt in’ to the Lift-Off Program. • Follow these steps in order to check or change your Administrator • If you are unsure who your Administrator is, please contact the Lift-Off Help desk on EMEA-liftoff@hp.com 1 7 April 2015 Different roles and visibility in Smart Portal at partner level • The links in Smart Portal that the partner can see are determined by their role. • PPA = Partner Portal Administrator More an IT or administrative role, the PPA grants access to the tool for his colleagues. • PM = Partner Manager A management role, the PM decides if the company will or will not take part in the HP incentive. Only PM see the ‘Incentive Approval’ link. 2 7 April 2015 How PPA can grant access to the Incentive module ? A PPA is able to grant access to the ‘HP Incentives and reward tool’ to his colleagues by logging on: Smart Portal > My Account > Administer Users and company profile> Select the right location (by clicking on the radio button next to any of the company locations he is able to view the registered contacts and users affiliated to that location). Click on the Last Name of the contact you wish administer the needed access. The contact profile detail page is displayed, showing the contact information that is held on file by HP. Locate and click the assigned to the user. icon next to the ‘Assign programs and services’ field to view a list of HP Tools To add additional access rights to the HP Tools, click the ‘Add>>’ button to see a list of HP Tools that your company has access: √ √ Select ‘LOCAL_SECURITY_INCENTIVE_PARTNER_MGR’ for giving a PM role to the contact (meaning this person will be able to see the ‘Incentive Approval’ link for validating the participation of any HP incentives. Or Select ‘LOCAL_SECURITY_INCENTIVE_PROMOTION’ for just giving visibility on the Incentive module to your contact with no possibility to validate any HP Incentive participation. 3 7 April 2015
