Citslinc International will host a memorable 8-day journey
to China for members and guests in April of 2015.
Experience China’s leading cities (Beijing, Suzhou,
Hangzhou and Shanghai), their centuries old customs and
history, while witnessing first hand the rapidly changing
economy and their expanding role in the global
marketplace. This is a unique immersion in Chinese culture
and the trip of a lifetime.
Trip Highlights include:
The Palace Museum (also known as • The Forbidden
City)
• Tian An Men Square
• Bird’s Nest Stadium
• National Aquatic Center
• Olympic Village
• Excursion to the Great Wall
Visit The Temple of Heaven, The Summer Palace, the
Ming Tombs.
Also visits to Jade and Pearl factories and optional
rickshaw tours of The Hutong.
Continuing on to East China -Suzhou,and Hangzhou. Sightseeing in Suzhou includes Lingering Gardens, Tiger
Hill, a silk factory, an industrial park and an optional canal cruise. In Hangzhou the visit includes a tea
plantation, boat cruise on West Lake and Lingyin Temple.
Tour conclusion is in Shanghai exploring the Bund, a visit to a silk rug factory, Yu gardens and free shopping
time at the bazaar. Shanghai is a cosmopolitan site that has spectacular lights and architecture!

Citslinc International has partnered with more than 900 Chambers of Commerce throughout the US and Canada to
provide travel experiences for their members and guests. Please Read, Sign and Return This Form to the Okemo
Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce with your Trip Deposit. Trip reservations are on a first come first serve basis.
Passenger hereby agrees to assume all risks of loss, injury, or liability, arising out of the trip that passenger is
undertaking under this agreement. Passenger, on behalf of its heirs, and assigns, hereby releases the Okemo Valley
Regional Chamber of Commerce, and their officers, directors, agents, employees, successors, and assigns (the
released parties) from any and all liability for damage to property or injury or death of any person. Passenger
acknowledges that all international travel carries certain risks and that the passenger is voluntarily undertaking this
recreational trip and that the released parties shall have no liability to passenger for property damage or personal
injury unless due to the willful misconduct of the released parties.
Due to local conditions at time of travel, Citslinc, Inc., the tour operator, and the Okemo Valley Regional Chamber of
Commerce reserve the right to cancel, advance or postpone any scheduled tour event and, may, but are not
obligated to, substitute another event and shall not be liable for any loss whatsoever to the tour participants by
reason of any such cancellation, advancement or postponement.


Deposit Information:
Along with this form, a non-refundable registration deposit fee of $500.00 is due by October 1, 2014. This fee
reserves your spot on the trip to be taken April 9 - 17, 2015. The trip balance of $2,099.00 is due and payable to the
Okemo Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce no later than November 30, 2014. Effective January 2, 2015, the
airfare portion of the tour cost becomes non-refundable and non-transferable a fee of $500. The total of $2,599 is
based on double occupancy. All travelers must have a passport valid up to and including April 30, 2015.
All travelers must also have a valid Chinese visa. The Chamber will facilitate processing of visa applications through
Citslinc International at the additional cost of $175.00. Travelers will be required to provide a valid passport, visa
application and two additional passport photos to the Chamber by January 15, 2015. Your visa application will then
be sent to Citslinc International and will be processed in 21 days. Payment may be made by check/cash/or
Visa/MasterCard.
