**NOTE: All Lessee’s are responsible for their own
clean up of all decorations and all decorations
must be approved by the City of Lethbridge
ENMAX Centre prior to being put out
PERMITTED
•
Arches and other stand alone decorations
•
Tack Tape or Tack Putty
•
CSA approved electric or battery operated mini lights and other electricity dependent décor
Payment/Deposits:
•
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Cheque or Cash (Credit Card payments exceeding
$3,500, an admin fee of 2% will be applied)
•
Bookings are confirmed once a deposit has been received. (To be negotiated with client and ENMAX
Centre Representative)
•
All known charges are due 48 hours prior to the event. All other fees will be settled the following
business day.
Insurance:
•
Liability Insurance is required and is the expense of the Lessee (The Lessee may either provide a
certificate of insurance to the ENMAX Centre Sales Representative or Opt to use our Blanket Insurance
Fees shall then apply).
Food & Beverage:
•
The ENMAX Centre does not allow any outside food or beverage to be brought into the building, the
ENMAX Centre will be happy to assist you with all your catering needs.
Personal Property:
•
Personal property is the responsibility of those attending your function.
•
The City of Lethbridge shall not be liable for loss or damage to the property of others while such
property is in or on City property.
•
A “Lost and Found” is kept at the ENMAX Centre, so please contact us after the event if anything is
missing and we will check for it.
ENMAX Centre Equipment:
•
Replacement of lost or damaged equipment belonging to the ENMAX Centre will be added to the
rental bill at full replacement cost.
•
Equipment belonging to the ENMAX Centre is not allowed off the premises.
AV Services:
•
Available in some rental areas – 48 hrs notice is required for hook-up of service, if needed. If additional IT
services are required, additional fees with be applicable.
•
AV services will be booked through with the events department.
No Smoking:
•
Smoking in public buildings is prohibited (By-Law 3896).
•
Also in compliance with the Tobacco Reduction Act you must be a minimum of 5 meters away from building
exits and entrances.
Functions with Entertainment:
•
For functions with Entertainment, such as dance music, the S.O.C.A.N. fee of $59.17 will be charged.
•
For functions with music but no dance, the S.O.C.A.N. fee of $29.56 will be charged.

Liquor Service:
•
Liquor service is available and times will be coordinated with the event department.
•
Last Call will be 1AM (or sooner if the Bride and Groom choose) and clean up/guests out by 2AM
Cancellation Fee:
•
A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the room rental charge will apply on all cancellations within 14 business days
of the event date. On confirmed Friday or Saturday Lounge bookings, a full refund is made if the cancellation is
received 6 or more months prior to the function date.
Consultation:
•
Each wedding couple will be given two free 1 hour consultations (One initial consultation and One follow up
consultation closer to the wedding date) with our Lounge & Catering Manager. Any consultations after are at a
rate of $35.00 per hour plus GST
Equipment List Fees:
– Microphone – First microphone is free with room; additional $25.00 plus GST charge
– Projector - $100.00 plus GST
– Screens - $50.00 plus GST
– Computer - $50.00 plus GST
– Flip Charts-Pens/Markers-Pads of Paper – 1 free with room – Additional $10.00 plus GST
– Monitors – Subject to requirements – quote will be provided

A contract will be created and signed by both parties to finalize the agreement
