front-end designer and developer
Descrizione:
We are looking for a junior front-end designer/developer to join our web development team. The role
requires working on our web and mobile development projects. Most of the work will be in an
international working environment, engaging in exciting and ambitious projects. Tasks include: •
Design landing pages and web apps layouts • Build web pages using
CSS3/HTML/HTML5/Javascript/JQuery compliant to W3C/WAI standards; • Optimize user experience on
the web-apps; • Build responsive and accessible web-apps and websites; • Provide high-quality
output ready for production; • Assist with day-to-day maintenance and support of the ICT4G webapps
and related websites; • Provide accurate estimates for project work. Job requirements (must have): •
Strong creative flair and design skill; • Web-development skills; • Team playing and good
communication skills; • Good knowledge of Italian and English (spoken and written). Additional
requirements (could have): • Experience with ZURB Foundation or other grid-based layout systems; •
Ruby on Rails; • Use of distributed versioning control systems (e.g., Git); • Unix and command-line
environment. Type of contract: collaboration contract Gross salary: about € 8.300,00 for the entire
period of the contract (including meal vouchers or work canteen and welcome office support for visa
formalities, accommodation, social security, etc.) Start date: March 2014 Duration: 10 months (until 31
