Background
Objective
 Enhance physical connectivity “across the border”
 Develop a more efficient and environment-friendly logistics system for
developing economies
 Provide a discussion platform for sharing experiences and offering
technical trainings on 3PL services to APEC member economies
(approval for APEC funding at 30 December 2011)
Format
 One-day forum focuses on globalization trends analysis, 3PL service
models review, and introduction of 3PL development in Taiwan/ Asia
Pacific.
 Two-day technical visits at the Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers
including three or four 3PL service providers

Sep. 10-14 or Sep. 17-21
