Adult Skills provision August 2011 there were changes to learner eligibility - Fully funded provision now available to learners on inactive benefits who self certify that they are unemployed and the course will provide the skills to help them find work. Learners must sign a declaration. Adult Skills provision College is currently offering through the Adult Skills budget: JCP referrals programme Vocational options Motor Vehicle Construction Health and Social Care Hospitality Security ESOL Basic Skills Adult Skills Budget ESOL provision – offering a mixture of delivery models from beginner to level 2 Basic Skills – Literacy and Numeracy from E1 to L2. This is free, part time provision offered predominately on the main site. LLDD – Adult Network - part time provision at the college – 19 – 24 year old. Vocational areas – currently reviewing the pathways to learning with a view to more in year January starts at Level 1. Next steps Marketing campaign to be launched with a mail drop to all households in Kirklees on the 2nd January. This will include all Adult Skills provision and PCDL. Work closely with providers to ensure that we meet the needs of the community and to provide clear progression routes into learning.
