Payment system makes the pre-payment to MNO’S account. Only within the limit of this sum payment system have the right to accept payments on payment kiosks. 2. Payer enters his/her telephone number via the interface 4 8 of self-service kiosk. 3. Kiosk sends an inquiry request to Processing center to verify entered mobile number. 4. Processing center sends an inquiry to the operator for the verification of the entered mobile number . 5.
