Project is currently limited to 3 provinces (Limpopo, Mpumalanga and KZN), which are said to provinces with majority of land reform projects affecting high value agriculture land. Areas of intervention includes provision of Governance ,Management and technical support to identified initiatives. Partners to this project are the DRDLR and the NSF WORK DONE TO DATE-LAND REFORM Assessments/need identification done on projects received from Department of Rural development Currently rolling out Learnerships in the 3 provinces (30 completed and 130 in progress) Already provided co-operative training (farm together in Mpumalanga Province) in 2 projects. Developed a mentorship model and currently rolling out to a cooperative in Limpopo (testing). Working with stakeholders such as SASA and Citrus Growers to find a sustainable intervention to projects in the 3 provinces.
