In Romania , the Renaissance appeared once the priority of
Transylvania. The present of this style in Moldavia or Romanian
Country is more modest. European humanism came to Moldavia in
the 17th century via Poland with its representative, Miron Costin,
writing a chronicle on the history of Moldavia. Another humanist
was Dimitrie Cantemir, who wrote histories of Romania and Moldavia.
Alberto Castaldini (n. Verona, 1970) is a historical Italian. He is teacher at Universitatea "BabeșBolyai"din (Cluj-Napoca). . Alberto Castalidini was the director of the Italian Cultural Institute in
Bucharest, specialized in law at Catholic Univeristy of Milan. He organizes the symposia on topics of
historical ,literary , cultural events and in the same time he kept courses at University of Verona ,
Bucharest and Padova.
In the last year Romanian Academy offered him a certificate for the contribution at development the
romanian-italian relations.
