• Go-live statistics
− We had 30% more logins and 40% fewer help calls
and emails than Cornell’s Workday Implementation
(a comparable Workday implementation in size
and complexity)
− Approximately 50,000 user logins total from Dec 2
to Jan 6
− 11,000 employees have logged in through Jan 13
− We have completed payroll for 2 Hospital Biweekly periods, 2 University Bi-weekly periods,
and 1 Monthly period with few issues
