Communications
We talk (some a bit too much). Data Transfer will be done via email, but day-to-day
communication will be done via text.
Leadership and/or Team Roles
Grand regent Riley will assume primary leadership of group, ensure tasks are completed in
due course and run over all work before submission to ensure cohesion. Tyler will be our
creative lead, and will manage the creative direction of the project, taking the lead in. Gavin
will manage communication between team members. Jeeho will manage group snacks and
will fill in the gaps.

Internal AI Tool Use Policy
We will, by large and far, not use A.I. in the creation of this project. In the unlikely
circumstance where it will be employed, it will be diligently documented and cited
appropriately.
Trouble-Shooting Guidelines
Late Work or Inconsistent Contributions
Infractions will be duly documented, and in the event of expectations about quality of work
or timeliness not being met, member will be expected to deliver better work or deliver late
work ASAP. If more time or help is required, it will be discussed beforehand, at the very
least 72 hours before projected completion.
Conflict Resolution
In the event of disagreement between team members, a moderator will be put in place to
attempt to rectify the situation. The team charter is law. Infraction, even in the slightest will
put you in the wrong.
