About traffic jams.
Plan:
1. Introduction.
2. Several reasons for being traffic.
3. How we can solve this problem?
4. Conclusion.
Traffic jams, what does it mean? It means there is no place
to even breathe. On condition that you get stuck in traffic jams,
you will be very bored there. I consider that you will be late your
job or special meetings. Additionally, you will be furious. Do you
know when the biggest traffic was? The congestion of the
Chinese National Highway 110 was a recurring major congestion
that began to form on August 13, 2010, mainly on the Chinese
National Highway 110 and the Beijing-Tibet Road in Hebei and
Inner Mongolia. The congestion slowed the movement of
thousands of cars by more than 100 kilometers and lasted for 10
days. Most drivers were able to cover only 1km per day, and
some drivers said they were stuck in traffic for five days.
I can reckon several reasons for being traffic jams. First of
all, traffic lights cause congestion. You may say "why first traffic
lights?" Because the traffic lights close the road and other cars
pass then the other road closes and the others pass.x` Traffic
jams constantly divided "regular traffic jams" and "irregular
traffic jams". Regular traffic jams have one cause. It is
infrastructure. Central streets and essential chassis were built at
a time when there were not many cars. Engineers, on the other
hand, did not expect such an increase in cars. How can we solve
this problem?
You can say “We must construct bigger roads. Additionally,
expand what we have. Then each of traffic jams will be over.
Additionally, we will have no anymore problems.” Yes, it may be
works. However, this is temporary. The strange thing is that it
has the opposite effect. Drivers will start driving more on the
new road. This causes more congestion. The more roads - the
more traffics.
How we solve this problem? The government should
promote public cars rather than private cars. Like China. In case
that you want to put your car parking, you will be obligated to
pay for parking. There are none of gratuitous parking in China.
The most interesting thing is that driving on the central streets is
also paid. In China, half of all trips are made by bus and subway.
My conclusion that in brief we do not need think regarding
traffic jams, we just copy from China.
