Reflection of the lesson on the 4th of March
In our last lesson, we talked a lot about what it actually means to be successful. It
was very interesting to think about which animal represents me. For me, I chose an
animal that is patient like an owl, because it shows how I work. This helped me
understand my own way of performing.
To me, performance is not just a number or a grade. It is the energy I put into a task
to reach a goal that really matters to me. It’s about being proud of what I did at the
end of the day. In our class, we learned that everyone performs differently.
Rewards are very important in any group or organization. But a reward is more than
just a prize. It is a sign of respect. When I get a reward, like a praise or a "thank you,"
it makes me want to work even harder. In a successful team, rewards show that
everyone’s effort is seen.
Doing these exercises was great because I realized that success is personal. It’s
about finding a balance between working hard (performance) and feeling valued
(reward). When I know my inner animal and my goals, I feel much more motivated.
