Product Delivery and Issue Resolution SOP
1. Start the process by checking if the delivered item is tallied in terms of quantity and quality at
the Store, Commissary, and Warehouse.
2. Check the Viber for any reported problems with the delivered product.
3. Determine if there is an issue with the delivered product.
3.1. If no issue is found, proceed to store the products properly.
3.2. If an issue is found, inform the Commissary for Finished Goods or
Warehouse/Supplier for dry and raw materials.
4. Take pictures of the problematic products and file them with the Incident Report.
5. File an Incident Report Form and Incident Report in Gsheet.
6. Investigate and trace back the issue from the Supplier.
7. Determine if it is a Supplier issue.
7.1. If yes, inform the Supplier and request for a return-refund.
7.2. If no, resolve the issue and provide a solution.
8. Continuously monitor and ensure that the products are in good condition.
9. Conclude the process at the End point.
