Bactas Basud, Camarines Norte to check and distinguish location or infrastructure that could be possibly converted into a project center. Asking financial requirements to the barangay officials to know their capability to support the intended project and for the proponents organize materials that is within the budget. Identify near junkshop or scrap buyers in the community and inquire eligible scrap materials that can be sell to them and its updated prices. Developing a system for sorting out, verifying, and weighing scrap materials. Also, a list of school supplies and number of pages for printing that can be obtained with respect to certain amount of scrap materials. Present the project proposal to the barangay council. Upon approval, a committee shall be formed to handle the project. Promotion and awareness efforts, which include miting de avance, infographics and social media campaigns to reach a larger audience and promote within community understanding of the environmentally sustainable and economically viable benefits of free printing services and scholastic materials in exchange for scraps. Committee shall contact the junkshop or scrap buyers for partnerships. Accumulated scrap materials should be collected every Sunday and pricing of scraps should be appropriate and just to sustain funding the project. Establishing and renovating project center. Gathering and buying all necessary materials to start operation of the project. This includes printer, school supplies, etc. A coordinator will operate the center and will receive salary every end of the month. All residents of the barangay would subsequently be eligible to benefit from printing services and school supplies. A weekly report on the entire operations of the center will be made available to promote accountability, increase visibility, facilitate communications, and identify any difficulties or challenges that may have arisen as well as the need for improvements.
