Pursuant to Republic Act No. 9165 otherwise known as the “Comprehensive Dangerous Act of
2022”, the Department of Education through DepEd Order No. 12 S. 2009 gave its support to the
National Drug Education Program to fully implement it in school in order to create awareness on the
harmful effects of drugs and to develop among students’ positive behavior and life skills to resist drugs.
In view of this, I would like to ask permission to conduct an election for NDEP Club Officers and
Barkada Kontra Droga (BKD) on September 19, 2023 at Rm. ___ at 3 o’clock pm.
