PRELIMINARIES
The meeting was called to order by Sarah Akoth at 10:00 a.m. with a word of prayer.
MIN 1/07/2024: Merry Go Round
It was agreed that members interested in continuing with the merry go round should meet
separately to actualize the plan.
MIN 2/07/2024: Dissolving Chama
Members unanimously agreed to dissolve the Chama in accordance with Clause One of
the Chama constitution. Each member will receive her equitable share of the assets. The
major reason for dissolution was:

Lack of a common goal on investment plans. Despite being operational for nearly
three years, no objectives have been achieved, leading to the decision to dissolve
the Chama.

The Chairperson thanked all members for their timely cooperation and contributions and
extended good wishes to each member.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 11:20 a.m. with a word of prayer by Esther Njoki.
