1.Navigate to Window and then select Close All.
2.After that, go to the File menu, then select Utilities.

4.Choose the location to save your backup, then hit OK.
5.Do not replace another backup file.
6.Enter a new name in the File name.
7.Select Save.
8.A message will appear indicating Rebuild has completed.
9.Click OK.
10.Navigate to File, select Utilities, and then select Verify Data again to detect any damage.

2. If you do not find any error, you can restore a recent backup. Access File, then select Open or
Restore Company.

file.
