1. Performance

• Delivers expected result, acts in the spirit of L&T values.

• Is motivated, committed to job and works hard for long term good of the organization.
2. Positive Attitude
• Maintains enthusiasm despite criticism of idea.
• Demonstrates support to mission, demonstrates an “I care” attitude.
3. Teamwork / Collaboration
• Participates willingly and co-operates wholeheartedly with the other members of the team.
• Ability to work harmoniously with superiors, peers, and subordinates (within teams & cross - functional teams).
• Creates a high-performance work environment where others pull together to complete tasks.
4. Leadership / Decision Making

It is not mandatory to rate every name you see.
Rate only those with whom you have interacted professionally – e.g. your colleagues, your peers within/outside your
project/department, your superiors, your subordinates. Rate on a scale of 1 – 10, where 1 is lowest and 10 is highest. Select the
rating which fits the person whom you are rating, based on your experience with him/her!
