Chili Chicken skewers
Ingredients:
Chicken breast
1 tbsp Onion powder
1 tbsp Chili flakes
1 tbsp Paprika
Minced Coriander
1 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Black paper
2-3 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp dried parsley
Bamboo skewers
Method
Cut the chicken into strips. Put all the spices and rub. Let it rest and marinate for up to 4-6 hours.
Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes. Grill or fry for 15 minutes.
Serve with mayo hot sauce
