My ideal organization in the future is the hierarchical where in the top position are the
executive who governs the organization. They are the one who creates plan and decision
on how to achieve their objective and goals in the operation. Executives are the brain who
passes information to the management base on plan that they made. Management
personnel are in the middle between executive and employees who are the one who
implemented plan that was given by the executive. Employees was in the bottom part of the
organizational structure however. it doesn’t mean that they are not important yet they are
very important, because they are the one who performed and work in order for the
organization to walk in a path towards organizational goal. In other words, the executive is
the brain or the one who orders and the management are the veins who carries the
information and the employees are the hands and the feet of organization.
