Customer Dissatisfaction specially in the area of the sales customer’s service.
Poor Marketing and Advertising of the products as most of the company reputation is
depending of the word of mouth and not by advertising.
Employee Dissatisfaction as in all areas the major of the employees are not satisfied.
Weak participation of employes in the Employee Satisfaction Survey as only 53% of the total
employees were willing to participate in the survey which show the lack of feeling of belonging
among the employees.
No Increasing trends of Market Shares as in most of the portfolio of the company, the markets
are fluctuating with no increase trends .

The Expected technology market growth for Egypt which means that there is opportunities for
growths for the company.
New Mobile technology which can increase the sales and decrease the costs.
Make Advantage of the weak distribution channel, and high customers complains of competitive
to increase the market share.
Government Plan for Building factories and Training centers which the company can utilize to
expand more.

The new taxes that might be applied on technology products can reduce the sales.

Foreign Currency Exposure which can increase the cost of the raw materials which shall increase
the prices which can reduced the sales.
Country Political instability which can affect the sales as well as the investment of the gulf
investor of the company.
The trends of replacing the Ink jet with laser printers which will reduce the sales in that
deviation.
The trends of replacing the desktop computers to laptops will reduce the sales in that deviation.
Competitor with the highest market share of TV shifting to the new technology which shall
enable them to gain more market shares.
New Competitor enter the exports market which will increase the competition and will reduce
the sales and market share.
Competitor is investing in their marketing division which shall enable them to gain more market
shares and more sales.
Losing good employees to competitors as they will offer them with higher benefits that is
already a weak aspect of the company which will lead to drop in the performance of the
company.

The company should always aim to grow which can be achieved by setting targets and place KPI’s that
are reasonable yet stretched and these KPI’s can be as followed.
