EFT tapping can be a powerful self-help tool.
When I came across EFT and I started
implementing it myself and noticed how powerful
it is I knew I had to do it!
As an EFT Practitioner, I recognized how potent
this method is especially when it comes to your
subconscious mind.
This guide is to help you in your daily practice.
However, it is best to work with a practitioner
depending on what you need to move through.

Questions to Ask Yourself
What is something that is bothering me that I want to
work through?
What feelings/thoughts/beliefs do I have around this?
Where do I feel it in my body?
How would I like to feel instead? If I was on the other
side of this how would I feel?

Step 1: Set Up
Find a place that is quiet and comfortable and you won't
be disturbed.
Take a few deep breaths so you can relax your mind and
body.
Now on a scale of 0-10 rate the intensity
8-10 : You are at the venting stage
4-7: Yo are ready to release some of the intensity
0-3: Now you have moved to a new way pf felling this
stage means you are ready for affirmations to tap with

Step 2 : The Set Up
Statement
Identify the issue or emotion you want to address during
the tapping session.
Create a setup statement by combining a reminder
phrase with an affirmation phrase.
For example: "Even though I feel anxious about public
speaking, I deeply and completely accept myself."
Repeat the setup statement three times while tapping
the karate chop point (the fleshy part on the side of your
hand) with your fingertips.

Step 3: Tapping Sequence
Tap each of the following acupressure points about 5-7
times, using a firm but gentle pressure with your
fingertips.
You can use two hands or one hand for tapping.
Tapping Points:
1. Eyebrow: Tap the inner edges of your eyebrows.
2. Side of Eye: Tap the outer edges of your eyes, on the
bony area.
3. Under Eye: Tap below your eyes, on the bone.
4. Under Nose: Tap the area between your nose and
upper lip.
5. Chin: Tap the middle of your chin, just below your
lower lip.
6. Collarbone: Tap the points where your collarbones
meet in the center.
7. Underarm: Tap about 4 inches below your armpit,
along your side.
8. Top of Head: Tap the crown of your head.

Step 4: Reminder Phrase
After tapping each point, repeat a reminder phrase that
summarizes the issue you're addressing. For example:
"This anxiety about public speaking."
Continue tapping through all the points, using the
reminder phrase at each point.

Step 5: Check In
Take a moment to pause and notice any shifts or changes
in your intensity rating.
If the intensity has reduced, you can continue tapping
and repeating the process.
If there is no noticeable change, consider adjusting the
setup statement or seeking guidance from a qualified
EFT practitioner.

Step 6 : Reassess
After several rounds of tapping, reassess the intensity of
your issue on the 0-10 scale.
If the intensity has decreased significantly, continue
tapping until you reach a lower or more manageable
level.
If necessary, you can repeat the tapping process in
future sessions to further address the issue.

Affirmations: Use this when you
are at the 0-3 Rating
Even though I feel anxious, I deeply and
completely accept myself.
I release any fear or doubt holding me
back.
I choose to let go of negative patterns in
my life.
I am open to receiving abundance in all
areas of my life.
I release any past traumas and embrace
healing and wholeness.
I am confident and capable of achieving
my goals.

Affirmations:
I trust the process of life and let go of
resistance.
I am worthy of success and prosperity.
I release any patterns of self-sabotage
and embrace self-empowerment.
I release any resistance to forgiveness
and choose to let go of grudges.
I am grateful for the lessons that
challenges bring into my life.
I am surrounded by opportunities for
growth and expansion.
I release any feelings of unworthiness
around success and embrace abundance.
