Experts from Promocodius.com conducted a survey among the service's partners about how Black
Friday will be held in 2023. The conclusions are available on the company's website in the format of text
and interesting infographics with facts about the 2023 Black Friday.
100% of respondents said they would participate in Black Friday this year. Retailers plan to focus on
instant discounts of 15-60%. In the area of goods and services for business, the trend will be to establish
long-term relationships with partners, reduce the cost of consultations and services, and expand the list
of business contacts. Some companies will participate in Black Friday for the first time this year. They
plan to reduce the price of only a limited list of goods, and only by 15-20%.
What are the goals of companies during the emergency?
87% of surveyed sellers believe that Black Friday will increase the loyalty of existing customers and
attract new ones. At the same time, only 12% of respondents expect that the event will increase their
income. Moreover, in order to generate more profit in the long run, some companies agree to reduce
their gross income during this period. In most cases, the price of goods in any category will be reduced
by 20-40%. Only a tenth of companies will offer discounts of less than this or more than 60%
