Page 8 of 32 Report No. SHES211202421615 General product information: The Electric wheelchairs (Model: DYW30A (D09)) with four wheels including two front wheels and two rear wheels, two driving motors (Model: MT21) one for the left side rear wheel, the other for the right side rear wheel and controller with Joystick module (Model: WS-1) intended to carry only one occupant of mass less than maximum load(120 kg), which is indicated in user manual. It employs two rechargeable lithium batteries (Model: ITP2406) rated for 24V-6Ah respectively. It is used for indoor environments. In this report all tests were carried out at indoor environments, with 22 ℃ and 25 ℃ as ambient temperature separately. Approved battery charger (Model: HP0060W(L2) as accessory is compliance with IEC 60335-1:2001+A1: 2004+A2:2006 and IEC 60335-2-29:2002+A1:2004+A2:2009 described in the test report issued by TUV SUD (CB certificate No.: SG-HS-02432). Shenzhen BST Technology Co., Ltd is responsible for testing Lithium battery pack(model: 24V6A) and issued EN 62133: 2013 testing report(report No.: SHBST1611553240001YSR-2) Lithium battery pack(model: 24V6A) was tested by SGS-CSTC Standards Technical Services (Shanghai) Co., Ltd and issued IEC 62133:2012 testing report(report No.: SHES170400355801) The Electric wheelchairs conformed to the requirement of ISO 7176-21: 2003 and described in the test report issued by SGS (report No.: SHEM161100719801). WHEELCHAIR PERFORMANCE P 8.1 Performance of driving characteristics P 8.1.1 General P The loaded wheelchair shall meet the driving performance requirements specified in Table 1 and Table 2 for the type class of the wheelchair as specified in Clause 5. P 8.1.2 Ability to climb rated slope P 8.1.2.1 Requirements P The wheelchair shall be capable of climbing at a speed not less than 2 km/h: — the applicable rated slope for the type class of Min. 3° wheelchair specified in Table 1, or — the rated slope specified by the manufacturer, Max. 6° whichever is greater. The wheelchair passes the test specified in 8.1.2.2 if it achieves or exceeds a speed of 2 km/h after travelling 5 m up the slope. 8.1.2.2 Test Adjust the gradient of the adjustable test plane specified in 4.1 to the required angle, ± 0,5°. Starting on the adjustable test plane, drive the loaded wheelchair up the adjustable test plane using the maximum speed command. Use the means to measure speed specified in 4.5. COMPONENT PROPERTIES P 9.1 Foot supports, lower leg supports and arm supports P 9.1.1 Requirements P The wheelchair was fitted with foot supports that have a means of positioning the occupant’s feet at the required height and prevent the occupant’s feet from sliding backwards.
