SUBJECT: English for the Engineering Sciences SUMMARY 1: Team formation DUE DATE: Saturday 4th, February, 2023 Team formation Teamwork can be a long and slow process sometimes, but with the correct guide, it can be easier to accomplish and more organized teamwork. So, here are the most important stages of teamwork. In the first place, there is the forming part. The team gets to know each other and to talk about the expectations of the project. Second, the storming is the emotional part, where team workers disagree a lot to find out the best idea. On the other hand, we have norming, the problem-solving stage, that gives us the liberty to express issues or weaknesses. Also, there is performing part with a lot of collective bargaining, collaboration and a nice flow of the team. For the final stage, there’s adjourning, the summary of the project, opinions about the process and to evaluate what’s coming next. To conclude, all these stages are important for an organized team formation, and this leads to an excellent project management.
