The _____________________________________ will be celebrating Career Guidance Day
2023. One of the activities that the coordinator will be conducting is the “Career Path
Orientation to Students”. This initiative is in line with the Republic Act No. 11206
otherwise known as the Secondary Career Guidance and Counseling Act of 2019 which
aims to institutionalize career guidance and counseling program for students in all
public and private secondary schools nationwide in order to provide them with proper
direction in pursuing subsequent tertiary education; to equip secondary education
students with the capability to make educated career decisions and expose them to
relevant labor markets; and to ensure that graduates of tertiary education meet the
requirements of the government, industry, and the economy.
Hence, as the Guidance Coordinator of the school, I am pleased to invite you to be our
resource speaker for the said orientation. The activity would be organized on Friday,
October 13, 2023 (10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.) at ________________________. I know that your
expertise on this matter will significantly help our students in making right decisions to
track their career paths.
