

For the learners to discover their potential, they should appreciate first the
process of learning and the positive contribution it could bring not only in their
lives but also in the society.
First, they should understand what the competencies are and why they are
needed, so that they can realize that it can apply it outside the classroom not just
inside the classroom
Let them see the differences of each country, after that they can reflect on the
foundation of home and cultural values of the Philippines.
Promote quality education that is accessible to all. Delivery substantial
instruction to all kinds of learners and extending my service to everyone are
indeed my vital functions.
As a teacher to achieve the learner-centered philosophy, I have to make my
students the heart of my teaching and learning process that the classroom
discussion fits to all my learners.

and mastering my subject matter. In terms of being patient with my students and
how to promote learning much more, I need to strengthen my qualities, though.
G. Post Test
There is more about education than a respectable career. It is a calling, a
vocation. It not only revolves around teaching a subject, but also teaching a student.
It brings in mind and heart that teachers are not only after the students' grades, but
are improving them. It is all about being a force for change-transforming and
influencing the lives of each and every student.
Teaching is something like a vocation and, without asking anything in return, it
is a lifetime commitment to serving one's duties. Among teachers, it is the raging fire
that comes from their ability to lead the learners on their direction. It is not only
about doing what is expected of them, but also beyond what their obligations and
duties are.
Therefore, it is not just a matter of getting to work and so forth. For your job and
your learners, it is becoming one. It is doing everything that you can to fulfill your
promise as a teacher. It’s making your profession your passion.

other hand, are more precise measurements of instructor experience in any
area. And lastly, markers are the real and measurable expression of the
attainment of the realms and strands.
