Scrum and Agile Practice
Scrum is an iterative and incremental agile software development methodology
that is very useful for managing product development. It describes "an elastic,
holistic product development strategy where a design or development team
works as a singular unit to attain a collective purpose". The practice involves
checking expectations of the "customary, sequential approach" to product
design or development, and permits development teams to evolve and
improvise by encouraging physical co-location or close and intense online
collaboration of all team members, including regular face-to-face
communication and collaboration among all project members.

requirements.

application users and they ensure the successful delivery of all tasks and
