Murad Jafarov CRN-10239 Team Experience Reflection 1. Playing football with my friends was the most fulfilling team experience I've ever had. It seems like yesterday. We were behind by two goals at the end of the first half. It seemed impossible for us to win, but we were determined not to give up. Our squad leader inspired us once more with a fantastic speech. We won the game 3-2 in overtime. I was overjoyed to have scored two goals that match. 2. Avoiding bias toward certain team members - A good leader attempts to create trust with his team members and should be honest. Relationship - Managing team dynamics is a difficult undertaking, but leaders must create opportunities for their team members to meet and learn about one another. Communication - Communication may refer to a variety of topics, such as how effectively team members listen to one another, the respect they show when new ideas are presented, and how they handle dispute. A good team leader should consider how and where individuals communicate. Appreciation - A strong team will work hard, and when they achieve their objectives, those victories must be appreciated. And don't only concentrate on individual accomplishments; also consider team collaboration. 3. I have I few fears of working with a team. First of all, every one of us will have a hard time establishing trust. It will have an impact on how well we work together as a team. The second and most significant issue is decreased involvement. Projects require that each team member contribute in some way. If it's not like that, the team won't create satisfactory outcomes. Lastly, conflicting objectives. The team will likely be divided when selecting a project to work on. It's critical to have a standard working method. 4. We must make sure that we communicate with one another effectively. Because misunderstanding causes a lot of failure when communication is lacking. We will be able to offer the most to our project if we can pinpoint our strengths and shortcomings. I'll also make an effort to have an open line of communication with my coworkers and to be as objective as I can be. I'll make an effort to prevent any mistrust and poor time management among our team.
