Rationale:
This leadership training is a very important strategic in developing and enhancing the
students leaders’ skills and Governance, it is therefore one of the vital roles of a certain workshop
for them to understand better of being a student leaders; Thus, this training program is designed
and with the theme “ Inspire effective students leadership” Hence, that the main purpose of the
roles and responsibilities, to strengthen their ability as the student leaders, to develop their
characters of positive thinking and also to be come a good model of their fellow students.
We can say that this seminars workshop is a good way to develope and descover their ways
and characters as student leaders and to inspire them to continue of becoming good to their
organizations that they lead and govern.

Objectives:
This workshop Seminar is designed for all the participants to:
1. Enhance leadership knowledge and skills.
2. Develop their knowledge and skills of writing a resolution and minutes
Of the meeting.
3. Understand the fundamintals value of leaderships.
4. Develop their skills in speaking most especially in delivering speech in the public
