1. Strategies that promote learner-achievement in literacy and numeracy
I Do, We,Do and You Do-a strategy under explicit teaching that starts with modelling of the teacher, then performing the task
together with the learner, and allowing the learner to work independently.
Predicting- Making predictions about what will happen next in a text is one essential literacy strategy. When students make
predictions, they need to make connections about what has already happened in the text and what could happen next.
2. Philosophies of teaching that are learner-centered: Existentialism, social reconstructionism, and
Progressivism
Teaching strategies: differentiated instruction, role playing
3. Teaching and Learning Resources including ICT
Traditional Learning Resources- printed materials (reading materials, pictures, worksheets, flashcards,
notepads, metacards) and manipulatives (blocks, realias), books, and others
Digital Learning Resources- are those that require the use of latest technology like TV screen, speaker, DLP,
computer, laptop, cellphone, videos, and others.
Insights or Realizations (Insights or realizations gained from the facilitator, mentor, or coach
regarding new concepts learned and known concepts that were more understood)
A. A totally new concept
B. A familiar concept but learned something new
Lessons Learned (personal experiences of how the strategy) or not in his/her class)
A. Easy points (what was easy to learn or apply to learners and why)
B. Challenging points (what difficult to learn or apply to learners and why)

1. Strategies in gathering teacher and learner feedback to facilitate and enrich teaching practice
Self-assessment feedback- other teachers may give recommendations self-assessment- “self-regulation” level
of feedback, which focuses on how teachers manage and monitor their own teaching practices
Peer feedback -Peer feedback is a practice where feedback is given by teacher student to another that provides
teachers opportunity to learn from one another.
Student feedback- Students provide feedback about their preferences of classroom activities and strategies.
2. Strategies of attainment data to support learner progress and achievement
* Ways to monitor learner progress
Learners’ Written outputs

3. Selection and Organization of Diagnostic, Formative,
Summative Assessment Strategies
A. Diagnostic Assessment- pretest
B. Formative assessment, - recorded but not graded. Some examples of formative assessment are
formative presentation, 5 W’s and H, flashcards, concept mapping, corner quiz, compare and
contrast, and many more.
C. Summative assessmentexams, Reports, Presentations, projects that demonstrate the cumulative knowledge a student has
gained over the course of study or during a specific lesson or unit1, written tests, and observations.
