What's your exit strategy? Is there a trigger
event?
What security are you offering?
Trust - You have no control over it!
Are you offering any sweeteners? I.E Success Fee
Do you have an investor pack?
Have you included specific costs and fixed
terms?
Do you need all the money now or in tranches?
What happens if you miss the original payment
deadline? (Usually 2% PCM)
