"Control"
Dopamine Detox
The "dopamine detox" is designed to force or dopamine to guide us towards actions that are based
around delayed gratification.
Here are my steps to a Dopamine Detox that you should follow.
1. No porn & masturbation
2. No alcohol or drugs
3. No breakfast (Intermittent fasting)
4. No unhealthy or bullshit foods
5. No mindless entertainment
6. workout every single weekday
7. Drink a gallon of water a day
8. Meditate for 10 minutes a day
9. Journal for 10 minutes a day
10. Read 10 pages a day
11. Work towards your goal for 2 hours a day
12. 8-9 hours of sleep a day
13. Spend 30 minutes outside each day
14. No music
15. Cold showers
16. Minimal phone time (1-2 hours MAX)
Do this dopamine detox for at least a week to reset yourself before your journey through this course.
Then I promise you, you will become an unstoppable beast!
Action Steps
1. Begin your dopamine detox
