REFLECTION ON LEARNERS’ OUTPUT
In every undertaking, there must be something that you must learn and
reflect on.
We must believe in their capabilities and believe that there is a bright future
ahead of them. We must instill in their minds and hearts that there are people who
believe in them so that they will boost their self-confidence and learn how to
believe in themselves.
As much as possible I follow differentiated instruction, I provide different
activities based on their capabilities, culture, and more. This strategy helps me
assess their learning more accurately since not all my students have the same level
or point of view. It will also boost their confidence to participate in my lesson.
I also consider the importance of how to make good test questions; they
should be valid, reliable, usable, etc. This will help us to evaluate the learning
needs of our students. A proper assessment will result in the right diagnosis for
future failure. We can address it before it occurs.
In the end, I realize that planning for certain goals is important. If the plan
fails, work on another plan until we reach our target.
