CERTIFICATE OF STRUCTURAL STABILITY
This is to certify that based on the computer-generated analysis and design results as attached
herewith, the Proposed structural design of the Three Storey Residential Building owned by MR.
DEOGENES Olocated at LOT 1-A, RODRIGUEZ COMPOUND, SITIO CABADING, BRGY.
SAN JOSE, ANTIPOLO CITY is found to be safe and in accordance with the requirements and
provision of the National Building Code of the Philippines.
It is assumed that the said structure shall be built in according to engineering design and
specification and duly supervised by a licensed civil/ structural engineer. Any deviation
necessary during actual construction shall properly be approved by the Engineer prior to
implementation.
This certification is issued upon the request of the owner for any purpose this may serve.
