robotica is an event where teams of individuals design, build, and operate
robots to compete against each other in a specific task or set of tasks. The
competition tasks can vary widely, such as completing an obstacle course,
playing a sport, solving a puzzle, or performing a specific task in a mock
industrial or real-world setting. Robotics competitions provide an opportunity
for participants to learn new skills and gain experience in areas such as design,
engineering, programming, problem-solving, and teamwork. They also give
students an opportunity to apply classroom learning in a real-world setting.
