Why Your Role Matters: Student Administration Assistants will support the Donor Services Team in the Division of External Engagement at UNSW. The role performs administrative duties to support key projects and activities of the team. Students must be detailed orientated with previous administration experience. Experience building strong working relationships within a large complex environment and commitment to delivering high-level service to stakeholder is required. The ability to work quickly and accurately across multiple touchpoints is critical to the role. Responsibilities: Assist with updating/creating a Master Fund list: reviewing current documentation to create master list of fund purposes and arrangements Creating new Project Documentation source for all final copies RE System fund tagging for a project Updating RE system with approved conditions changes from 2023 Coursework Scholarships Budget process Adding final copies of gift documentation onto donors' RE system records RAMS batch uploads Uploading gift documentation to RAMS Ad hoc tasks Who You Are: Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office suite Ability to work across multiple documents at once Excellent attention to detail Proficient customer service An understanding of and commitment o UNSW aims, objective and values in action.
