A. Business Concept and business Model
Business Concept:
The Food Product we have choose is called tasty Bread Rolls. This food is not new in the eyes
of the Consumers beside its ingredients are not expensive and easy to do. The ingredients are
slice breads, tuna, eggs, hotdog cheese, onion, crumbs of Biscuits, mayonnaise and ketchup
for the sauce. To be made of course you need oil for frying it.
The Following sequence of the Product are: to begin it you need first to remove the outer edge
of the slice bread, flatten the bread using rolling Pin then chop the crust. Then you mixed the
tuna, mayonnaise, and crushed the bread crust, beat eggs and cut cheese into strips last is to
add the ingredients in the flatten bread, roll up and secure the end and finally fry it until golden
brown then strain to remove the excess oil. And to end put it in a descent plate and ready to
serve!
