Project Summary BRInging Development and Growth through Engaging Stakeholders is one of the projects initiated by the schools. Due to low number of stakeholders who participate in different school programs and projects and l ack of interest and Unsupportive “characteristics” of other stakeholders we came up with this project. After planning and preparation the team with the help of our school head started to look for possible stakeholders that will help in the said activity. Initially this project was created to help the students under project SAVEMORE AND project GROWS but we think that much better if we can find more stakeholders that can help on the needs and other project of the school. During the pandemic it is very difficult to look for stakeholders but through the help of the technology and gadgets we can reach them specially during Brigada Eskwela they help and give donations in kind and in cash and offer service as well. III. Project Background Stakeholders are said to be the persons who have invested interests in the success and welfare of a school or any educational system. In fact, crafting the School Improvement Plan, stakeholders are members of the working committee. They are also responsible for the achievement of the learning outcomes through their active participation in school activities, programs, and projects. The basic framework of a quality education system is one that succeeds in meeting the individual school desired goals and outcomes; one that is relevant to the needs of the students, communities and societies. In order to achieve this, every person involve in the conduct of successful teaching-learning process should work at hand. Lagundi-CCL National High School is an institution which conforms to the mission and vision of the Department of Education. It promotes quality, equitable, culture-based and complete education to every learner. Moreover, the school ensures active participation of every stakeholder, internal and external, in achieving school goals and desires. However, in the past years, it was observed that the involvement of different external stakeholders was not that strong to the extent that most of them were not visible in different school activities and projects. In addition, this is very evident in terms of the support in varied extra-curricular activities to which the school participates. As a result, the school, particularly the teachers and the students, has hard time joining in the said activities. This is the very reason why Project BRIDGES (BRInging Development and Growth through Engaging Stakeholders) is initiated. Basically, this project aims to encourage every stakeholder to support the school in all its programs, whether these be on academe or extra-curricular activities. IV. Project Objectives Project CBT (Community-Based Tutorial) providing learning assistance to learners-atrisk. Specifically, its goals are the following to wit: a. Increase a greater number of stakeholders to involve themselves in all school programs and activities b. Assist school community in sourcing out funds for teachers and students to be able to participate in academic and non-academic competitions school projects c. Partnership with our stakeholders will help the learners, teachers and the school as well on doing the projects The team will present the list of the possible stakeholders and conduct an orientation virtually or we can visit them in their houses and asked them if they can be a stakeholder of our school following the safety protocols of the Department of Health and if they agreed to be one of stakeholder, we will have the MOU/ MOA of our partnership. Furthermore, we are aiming for a long partnership so much better if they agreed to be one of our longtime partner. Monitoring of the project can be done online due to the normal situation. And we can conduct culminating virtually to acknowledge our stakeholders and we can give simple token of appreciation for their donations. The plans and projects will materialize with the initiative and willingness of the team and supervision of our school head. VI.
