Approval letter from SKMM, if applicable

Supporting letter from Network Operator, if applicable

Supporting letter from Organizer
(applicable for Exhibition, Demo/ Trial/ Market Survey,
R&D and Training)
9.
Full payment for Special Approval
(SIRIM label fee shall be paid upon collection of Special
Approval Certificate)

NOTE :
1.
Product shall be submitted for evaluation with importation/declaration document endorsed
by KDRM/Pos Malaysia within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of
importation/declaration document or Notice of Special Approval Application date.
2.
Special Approval Certificate and SIRIM Label will be issued after approval is granted and
payment of SIRIM label fee, if applicable.
