Before joining Howden M&A Glenn spent 6 years underwriting environmental risk, most recently leading Chubb’s UK and Ireland environmental team where he oversaw underwriting, claims and product development in the region. Prior to a career in insurance he was an engineer working on infrastructure projects. He has an honours degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Wollongong (Australia) and later obtained a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) in the UK. Joe founded and leads Howden M&A. Over the past six years, Joe has completed placements on over 200 deals, structuring a range of insurance solutions for private equity and real estate clients.
