PROCESS 1|Page STATUS The process of the Inventory System for the Chicken Supplier “Sophia’s Chicken Station” is where the system digitally tracks the amount of product in PROOF OF THE STATUS Bulacan State University College of Engineering Computer Engineering Department stock and through the use of the menu icon allow the personnel that would man the system to see, insert, delete, alter, and update the data as they see fit. It would also show visual representation of this occurrences like graphs. The conceptual GUI of the inventory system would be crudely made up of the menu where it would show the current stock immediately, the icons for the deletion, insertion, and alteration of the stocks. Also the client has recently expressed the desire to add a profit monitoring device on the system. Although all the said processes would still be malleable to change and thus will not be certain on features. As of right now we currently have a functioning login system based on the DBMS laboratory experiments we have done with Sir Yasay and thus would have the standard login feature compromising the username 3|Page Bulacan State University College of Engineering Computer Engineering Department and password choices and a rudimentary sign out feature. The Database for this inventory system would be compromising multiple databases. DESIGN 5|Page We created a form 1 which is the log in system to access the inventory system. It consist of the logo, username, and password of the admin. In this code it focuses on the log in button that helps the user to view the system. 4. BENEFICIARIES The beneficiaries of this said endeavor would be the mentioned client of Sophia’s chicken station and the workers of that company. This project would also benefit future research for when the time the client decides to expand, our project would serve as a reference and basis to work around with to the improvement and expansion of the inventory system 5.
