Adviser : Ricky Boy Garcia, MBA Degree : Bachelor of Science in Travel Management : Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management Year : 2019 This study aimed to assess the future of travel agencies in the midst of digital age in selected areas in Bulacan. The researchers used document review, desk review and instrument in this study. The participants of this study were 100 respondents who are at least 18 years old and above, have an experienced booking through both travel agency and online travel applications. Based on the result, majority of the respondents are ages 25-39 years old and belongs to the age bracket called Generation Y or the Millennials. Out of 100 participants, 62% were female and 38% were male. The researchers concluded that Travel Agency will still be effective as it is today and can even be more effective 5 years from now despite of the modernization of the technology.
