AMENDMENT
MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
ABY SEP GRANT ASSISTANCE
This amendment to the Memorandum of Agreement by and between the DE LA SALLE
UNIVERSITY, Inc and AM ORGANIC (collectively, the "Parties”) amends that certain
Memorandum of Agreement (the "Original MOA"), dated October 1, 2021, and signed by the
Parties. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the effectivity date of the signed Original
MOA and First Addendum given that some conditions in the MOA related to capital grant
have yet to be fulfilled by AM ORGANIC.
1. The Original MOA and First Addendum are amended as follows:
Article VIII, Acceptance and Effectivity: DLSU-LSEED Center and the Second
Party enter the agreement within the acceptance of the above terms and conditions by
signing this Agreement and shall remain in effect until February 28, 2023 or upon
completion / submission of the reports, whichever comes earlier.
2. All other terms and conditions under the Original MOA remain unchanged and in effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this amendment to the Original MOA
and First Addendum as of the date and year set forth below.
