Euthanasia is a contentious topic because some people believe it to be ethically acceptable while others believe it to be immoral. This contrast between moral and immoral standards is highlighted by this problem. The argument over euthanasia presents a moral conundrum in which the moral principles of compassion and respect for autonomy clash with the moral precept of protecting human life. In order to navigate ethical discussions and make wise judgments, it is essential to understand the difference between moral and immoral standards. February 09, 2023 Reflection According to my understanding of the topics there are different cultures that have radically different moral values is often associated with other claims about morality, such as the denial of universal moral values and the insistence that we should refrain from passing moral judgments on beliefs and practices from other cultures. April 04, 2023 Discussion (Inside Out Movie) The movie Inside Out showcases the significance of emotions and moral reasoning in decision-making. The movie tells the story of a girl named Riley, who moves to San Francisco with her parents. Then we meet the five more major characters that will guide and help Riley with the life-changing event she’s experiencing and they are Joy, Sadness, Fear, Anger, and Disgust The significance of emotions in decision-making is evident throughout the movie. Joy, the emotion that is often associated with positive experiences and memories, tries to keep Riley happy by preventing any negative emotions from taking over. However, When Joy and Sadness are inadvertently swept into the far reaches of Riley’s mind, it becomes clear that all emotions, including sadness, are necessary for proper decision-making. The movie also highlights the importance of moral reasoning in decisionmaking. When we encounter Riley’s imaginary friend, Bing Bong, he helps Joy and Sadness to escape the memory dump even if it means making personal sacrifices. To conclude, Inside Out is a movie that focuses on the emotions and moral reasoning that play a significant role in decision-making. The emotions show their dependency and cod-dependency with other emotions. In addition, the film shows how others' emotions are quite important when we’re making decisions because doing such acts might gave good and bad effects on us. April 04, 2023 Reflection (Inside Out Movie) Inside Out is a beautifully crafted and insightful movie that offers a fresh and engaging perspective on the role of emotions in our lives. The emotions gave the sensible touch to the audience. In addition, the movie Inside Out was used by the pedestrians and psychiatrist to the children to point out their emotions that they can’t explain.
