Solutions to improve the onboarding process1. Knowledge about every job level employee should be given to each employee in the
onboarding process, it will them understand everyone’s perspective in a better way.
2. Team building exercises at the intra-level should be given to them so that they
understand each other, and it will help them to solve minor issues by themselves.
3. Inclusion of a welcome group to make them feel that they are an essential part of the
organisation (this will generate a sense of belonging towards the organisation.
4. Providing them with a network of experienced employees, it will engage them with the
company and its culture.
5. Giving more time, by increasing the onboarding process period, to them so that they can
become comfortable with the organisation.
6. Setting clear expectations.
7. Giving them choices of what types of projects they would prefer so that they can
complete the task more efficiently.
