How to take History about lumps
1-Duration of lump
2-When it first noted ?
3-what is the first symptom of lump ?
4- progression of lump ? Increase in size or decrease ?
5- other symptoms ?
6-Is the lump persist ?or disappear ?
7-what about multiplicity ? ‫يعني موجوده بمنطقة وحده ؟لو كلساع تطلع بغير‬
‫وباقي بمكانه لو انتشر‬... ‫مكان‬
8-ask patient what do you think about the cause? In rural area bite of
sand flies lead to leishmaniasis ...!! Trauma in breast lead to
fat necrosis
